All About the Omnitrix
The Omnitrix is an alien device that was described as the ultimate weapon by Vilgax and Hoverboard. It binds alien DNA with the hosts allowing the host to turn into 10 super cool aliens. It rewrites the hosts DNA and turns it into the alien. The host can stay in the form of the alien for about 10 minutes. Sometimes it can go for more or go for less time though. When the host is an alien the omnitrix settles somewhere on there body usually on the chest or shoulder. It acts kind of like a timer. When it beeps red it doesn't have much more time. After the host changes back, the Omnitrix stays red until it is fully charged. Then it turns green.When over- charged the host will change into the 10 aliens without randomly without control. Ypu change into the alien by pressing the button on the side and spinning the wheel type thing until you find the outline of the alien you want to be. The Omnitrix acts strange when the host catches an earth sickness. It causes problems in the aliens as well as the person. It blocked Wildmuts nostrils with mucus so he couldn't smell, caused fourarms armpits to stink and have pale skin. Heatblast had the strangest effect. His powers were reversed, so instead of having power over fire he had power over ice. If anybody other than the host tries to mess with it, a huge feedback pulse with blow them back. Both Vilgax and Kevin experienced this. For some strange reason the Omnitrix doesn't always change into the right alien no one knows why yet . Sometimes the Omnitrix refuses to activate. When this happens the if the button is forced down it lasts for an extremely long time or an extremely short time. No one but Vilgax knows how to surpase the limits of the Omnitrix.
Ben has recently figured out if an alien touches the omnitrix, it can absorb it's DNA, and Ben can become that alien.
